Gerson Penha joined JeffreyGroup in 2009 from Grupo CDN in São Paulo, Brazil, where he founded and led the group's digital practice for nine years.

As General Manager of CDN Interactive, Gerson grew the division into a full-service digital agency. He managed a team overseeing multinational accounts including Pfizer, McDonald's, Walmart, Nestlé, Diageo and Facebook. Prior to joining CDN in 1997, Gerson wrote for O Estado de S. Paulo, the largest daily newspaper, and Veja, the largest magazine in Brazil. He graduated with a degree in communications from the Universidade de São Paulo.
